Combine honey, lime juice, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and olive oil in a small bowl.

Set aside 1/4 of the marinade for basting.

Pour remaining 3/4 of the marinade over the chicken in a container with a lid or ziplock bag. Allow to marinate for 1 hour, up to overnight.

Cook chicken on the grill, or grill pan, over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Baste chicken with remaining marinade as it cooks, or heat the marinade in a small saucepan to thicken and pour over the chicken if desired.

Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve over rice, on a salad, or as desired.
