Honey Lime Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 3-4 chicken breasts (or 6-8 chicken thighs, depending on size)

→ Marinade

02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 3 tablespoons lime juice
04 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
05 - 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine honey, lime juice, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and olive oil in a small bowl.
02 - Set aside 1/4 of the marinade for basting.
03 - Pour remaining 3/4 of the marinade over the chicken in a container with a lid or ziplock bag. Allow to marinate for 1 hour, up to overnight.
04 - Cook chicken on the grill, or grill pan, over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
05 - Baste chicken with remaining marinade as it cooks, or heat the marinade in a small saucepan to thicken and pour over the chicken if desired.
06 - Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve over rice, on a salad, or as desired.
