01 - 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
02 - 4 slices bacon, chopped

→ Seasoning and Glaze

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
08 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Place the Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
03 - Distribute the chopped bacon evenly over the Brussels sprouts.
04 - Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir halfway through roasting, continuing until Brussels sprouts are tender and edges become crisp.
05 - While vegetables are roasting, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk to integrate.
06 - Remove the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon from the oven. Drizzle immediately with the honey glaze and toss gently to coat. Serve hot.
