01 - 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
03 - 2 tablespoons raw or pure honey
04 - 1 tablespoon curry powder
05 - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, optional
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional
10 - Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Break the cauliflower into uniform, bite-sized florets and arrange on a baking sheet.
02 - Drizzle florets with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
03 - Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
04 - In a small bowl, combine curry powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, and honey. Stir until smoothly blended.
05 - Drizzle the honey-spice mixture over the hot roasted cauliflower. Toss gently to coat each floret evenly.
