# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 cup buttermilk

→ Coating

03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 cup cornmeal
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce

10 - 1/2 cup honey
11 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and combine with buttermilk. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
04 - Dredge each piece of marinated chicken thoroughly in the flour and cornmeal mixture ensuring all sides are evenly covered.
05 - Place coated chicken pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
06 - While chicken bakes, heat honey and barbecue sauce together in a saucepan over medium heat until warm and smooth.
07 - Transfer baked chicken into a large bowl and toss with the warmed honey barbecue sauce until all pieces are evenly coated.
