Quick Asian Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 9 ounces ramen noodles
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup shredded bok choy
06 - 1 large carrot, shredded or thinly sliced

→ Sauce & Seasonings

07 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
10 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
11 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Garnish

13 - 3 green onions, chopped
14 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the ramen noodles until they're just al dente according to package directions. Drain them well and set aside while you prepare the rest of the dish.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large wok over high heat. Add the ground beef, spreading it out evenly. Let it cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes until you get a nice char on the bottom and all the liquid has evaporated. Then flip and break up the meat with your spatula.
03 - Toss in the sliced onion and stir-fry for a minute. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant. Mix in the shredded bok choy and carrot, cooking just until the carrot softens slightly. Turn off the heat.
04 - Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour in the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and the noodles are evenly coated with sauce.
05 - Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy while hot!
