# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup protein powder
03 - 1/2 cup almond flour
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

→ Wet Ingredients

08 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
09 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins and Toppings

12 - 1 cup mixed berries
13 - 1/2 cup chopped nuts
14 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chia seeds. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
03 - In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing for a tender texture.
05 - Carefully fold in mixed berries, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips, distributing evenly throughout the batter.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean. Cover loosely with foil if the top browns quickly.
07 - Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure berries are patted dry before folding into the batter to prevent excess moisture.
