01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 medium green cabbage, thinly sliced
03 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

→ Aromatics

05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

→ Sauces and Seasonings

07 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
10 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

→ Thickener

11 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

→ Garnish

12 - 2 green onions, sliced

→ To Serve

13 - Steamed jasmine rice or brown rice

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and swirl to coat the pan evenly.
02 - Add ground beef to the hot skillet. Cook, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula, until well browned throughout. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Incorporate minced garlic and grated ginger into the beef. Stir constantly for 1 minute until the mixture is fragrant.
04 - Introduce sliced cabbage and julienned carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes, ensuring vegetables begin to soften but retain a slight crunch.
05 - Pour in low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, and oyster sauce. Stir thoroughly to combine all components and infuse flavors.
06 - Add cornstarch slurry into the pan and mix continuously for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the mixture. Sprinkle in crushed red pepper flakes for desired heat.
07 - Review and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove the skillet from heat and finish with sliced green onions.
08 - Serve immediately as is, or spoon over steamed jasmine or brown rice for a complete meal.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, do not overcook the cabbage to retain its natural crunch.
