Healthier Green Tea Lemonade (Print Version)

Light green tea meets zesty lemon and honey. Serve cold over ice, garnished with mint for a refreshing sip.

# Ingredients:

01 - 720 ml brewed green tea, loose leaf preferred
02 - 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (from approximately 4–5 small lemons)
03 - 80 ml honey or preferred sweetener
04 - Ice cubes
05 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Steep 1 tablespoon of loose leaf green tea per 240 ml hot water for 5 minutes, then strain and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - Blend cooled green tea with freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey or sweetener until fully dissolved.
03 - Pour the mixture over ice cubes in serving glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavour, avoid over-steeping the tea to prevent bitterness and always use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
