Hawaiian Fruit Salad Marshmallow (Print Version)

A colorful blend of tropical fruits, coconut, and marshmallows in a sweet creamy dressing.

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Mixture

01 - 1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
02 - 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
03 - 1 cup green grapes, halved
04 - 1 cup strawberries, sliced
05 - 1 medium banana, sliced
06 - 1 medium apple, diced

→ Mix-ins

07 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
08 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut

→ Binding

09 - 1 cup sour cream

# Steps:

01 - Drain pineapple chunks and mandarin orange segments thoroughly to remove excess liquid.
02 - Wash green grapes, strawberries, apple, and banana. Halve grapes, hull and slice strawberries, dice apple, and slice banana.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, strawberries, banana, and apple.
04 - Stir in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut until combined.
05 - Add sour cream to the fruit mixture and gently fold until all ingredients are evenly coated.
06 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to meld.

# Notes:

01 - To prevent banana slices from browning, you may toss them in a small amount of lemon juice before adding them to the salad.
