01 -
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a 33x23 cm baking dish with aluminium foil, covering the sides. Lightly coat foil with non-stick cooking spray.
02 -
Remove the connected sweet rolls from packaging. Using a long serrated knife, slice horizontally to create top and bottom slabs, keeping rolls intact.
03 -
Position the bottom slab in prepared dish. Evenly layer half the ham slices, then all the Swiss cheese slices, followed by the remaining ham.
04 -
Place the top slab over the fillings and gently press to compress the assembled rolls.
05 -
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20–30 second intervals until fully liquid. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully emulsified.
06 -
Pour the butter sauce evenly over the assembled rolls, ensuring coverage on tops and sides. Cover dish with foil and allow to stand for 5–10 minutes.
07 -
Bake, covered with foil, at 175°C for 20 minutes to thoroughly heat and melt the cheese.
08 -
Remove foil and return to oven. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.
09 -
Optionally garnish hot sliders with grated Parmesan and dried parsley. Slice along seams into individual portions and serve warm.
