Ham, pineapple, and Swiss layered on soft rolls with buttery Dijon glaze, baked until warm and golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Rolls

01 - 1 package Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls (12 rolls)

→ Filling

02 - 1 pound sliced deli-style ham
03 - 12 slices fresh or canned pineapple
04 - 8 slices Swiss cheese

→ Topping

05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 1 small shallot, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1 small bunch fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F and allow to preheat.
02 - Coat a 9 by 13 inch baking dish evenly with non-stick cooking spray.
03 - With a serrated knife, slice the entire sheet of potato rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.
04 - Place the bottom halves of the rolls in an even layer within the prepared baking dish.
05 - Evenly distribute ham slices over the rolls, followed by pineapple slices and Swiss cheese.
06 - Set the top halves of the rolls over the sandwich layers to close.
07 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced shallot and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
08 - Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth.
09 - Generously brush the prepared butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
10 - Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
11 - Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Using canned pineapple will provide more tender texture, while fresh pineapple delivers a brighter flavor.
