With a serrated knife, slice the entire sheet of potato rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.

Place the bottom halves of the rolls in an even layer within the prepared baking dish.

Evenly distribute ham slices over the rolls, followed by pineapple slices and Swiss cheese.

Set the top halves of the rolls over the sandwich layers to close.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced shallot and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth.

Generously brush the prepared butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
