Ham and Cheese Sticks (Print Version)

Melty cheese and ham wrapped in crisp, flaky dough, finished with savory garlic butter and baked golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 8 slices deli ham
03 - 8 sticks mozzarella or cheddar cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon mustard, optional

→ Garlic Butter Topping (Optional)

05 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
08 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease the air fryer basket. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles or rectangles.
02 - Spread a thin layer of mustard over each piece of dough if desired. Place one slice of ham on each, folding to fit, then add a cheese stick on top.
03 - Carefully roll dough over the filling, tucking sides to fully enclose cheese. Press the edges securely to seal.
04 - Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush mixture onto tops of rolls and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown, or air fry 2–4 sticks at a time for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure cheese is fully enclosed in dough to prevent leakage during baking.
