Preheat oven to 375°F or air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease the air fryer basket. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles or rectangles.

Spread a thin layer of mustard over each piece of dough if desired. Place one slice of ham on each, folding to fit, then add a cheese stick on top.

Carefully roll dough over the filling, tucking sides to fully enclose cheese. Press the edges securely to seal.

Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush mixture onto tops of rolls and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown, or air fry 2–4 sticks at a time for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
