Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).

Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.

Place two slices of deli ham on each dough triangle, leaving a margin at the edges. Add one slice of cheddar cheese on top of the ham.

Starting from the wide end, roll up the dough triangles to fully encase the ham and cheese.

Place rolled crescents seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of each roll up.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
