# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

→ Caesar Dressing

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
11 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
13 - 1 garlic clove, minced
14 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Wraps

15 - 4 large flour tortillas
16 - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
17 - 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
18 - 1/2 cup croutons, optional
19 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional

# Steps:

01 - Combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat the shrimp evenly.
02 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque throughout. Remove from heat.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm each flour tortilla for about 30 seconds until pliable.
05 - Spread a generous layer of Caesar dressing over each warmed tortilla. Top with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and desired amounts of croutons and crumbled bacon.
06 - Fold the sides of each wrap inward and roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For added crunch, assemble wraps just before serving to prevent the lettuce and croutons from becoming soft.
