# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 slices thick-cut white bread
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
04 - 1 medium banana, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Evenly spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Spread peanut butter onto the uncoated side of each bread slice.
03 - Arrange banana slices in a single layer on the peanut butter sides of two bread slices.
04 - Place remaining bread slices, peanut butter side down, over the banana-topped slices to form two sandwiches.
05 - Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Place sandwiches onto the griddle, mayonnaise side down. Cook for 2 minutes or until golden, then flip and grill the other side for an additional 2 minutes until both sides are crisp and golden and filling is warmed through.

# Notes:

01 - Using mayonnaise instead of butter yields a crisp texture and enhances browning during grilling.
