Greek Inspired Bread Dipping Oil (Print Version)

Herbed olive oil with feta, olives, and lemon. Delicious for dipping with warm bread.

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs and Aroma

01 - 1/3 cup fresh oregano, finely chopped
02 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
03 - 1/4 cup fresh thyme, leaves only
04 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
05 - Zest of 1 lemon

→ Dairy and Cheese

06 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

→ Oils and Liquids

07 - 1/2 cup olive oil
08 - Juice of 1 lemon
09 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Condiments and Garnish

10 - 1/2 cup green and Kalamata olives, chopped
11 - Salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Place olive oil, oregano, mint, thyme, crumbled feta, garlic, chopped olives, lemon zest and juice, and honey in a serving bowl with a lip.
02 - Stir the mixture thoroughly to distribute flavors. Taste and season with salt if desired.
03 - Present the oil with freshly baked bread, such as focaccia, rosemary parmesan bread, or flatbreads.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, let the oil rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to allow herbs to infuse.
