Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

Fluffy biscuits filled with gooey mozzarella, brushed in garlic butter and herbs, baked for cheesy perfection.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Cheese

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 8 to 10 cubes low-moisture mozzarella cheese

→ Butter Mixture

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Topping

06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and gently flatten each piece.
03 - Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Fold and pinch the dough around the cheese to seal completely into a ball.
04 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
05 - Dip each dough ball into the seasoned butter mixture, ensuring each is fully coated.
06 - Place the coated dough balls, seam-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the dough balls are golden brown and puffed.
08 - Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the dough is sealed well to keep the cheese from leaking during baking.
