Golden Grahams S'Mores Bars (Print Version)

Crispy bars with chocolate, marshmallow, and Golden Grahams, made quickly for a sweet treat everyone loves.

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups mini marshmallows
02 - 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
03 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1/4 cup light corn syrup
05 - 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
06 - 1 cup mini marshmallows

# Steps:

01 - Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with butter or nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Heat over low, stirring gently with a rubber spatula, until the ingredients are fully melted and smooth.
03 - Remove saucepan from heat. Immediately fold in Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows. Stir until all pieces are coated, working quickly as the mixture is very sticky.
04 - Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Press mixture evenly into the pan using the back of a greased spatula for a smooth surface.
05 - Allow to rest at room temperature for 60 minutes or until firm. Cut into squares for serving.

# Notes:

01 - Lightly grease the spatula to prevent the mixture from sticking during spreading.
