Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with butter or nonstick spray to prevent sticking.

Combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Heat over low, stirring gently with a rubber spatula, until the ingredients are fully melted and smooth.

Remove saucepan from heat. Immediately fold in Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows. Stir until all pieces are coated, working quickly as the mixture is very sticky.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Press mixture evenly into the pan using the back of a greased spatula for a smooth surface.

Allow to rest at room temperature for 60 minutes or until firm. Cut into squares for serving.
