01 - 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (approximately 8 to 10 pounds)
02 - 1 cup packed light brown sugar
03 - 1/2 cup honey
04 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
05 - 1/4 cup apple juice

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 325°F (165°C) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Position ham in a large roasting pan and score the surface diagonally to create a diamond pattern.
03 - Blend brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple juice in a small mixing bowl until fully combined.
04 - Generously brush glaze mixture over entire surface of ham, ensuring coverage in scored areas.
05 - Roast in the center of the oven for approximately 15 minutes per pound, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes, until fully heated through and caramelized.
06 - Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes, then carve slices and plate with preferred accompaniments.
