Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a baking dish and arrange pork chops in a single layer.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over each pork chop.

Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each chop.

Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all chops.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove foil and continue baking for 20 minutes, until pork chops are golden brown and sauce is slightly caramelized.

Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving to redistribute juices.
