Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops (Print Version)

Tender pork chops baked with a sweet and savory brown sugar glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick-cut pork chops (about 2.5 cm thick)
02 - 4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
03 - 4 tbsp butter
04 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
05 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a baking dish and arrange pork chops in a single layer.
02 - Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over each pork chop.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each chop.
04 - Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all chops.
05 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
06 - Remove foil and continue baking for 20 minutes, until pork chops are golden brown and sauce is slightly caramelized.
07 - Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving to redistribute juices.
