Garlic Parmesan Sweet Wedges (Print Version)

Crispy sweet potato wedges with Parmesan, garlic, and herbs, oven-baked until golden and flavorful.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large sweet potatoes
02 - 1 large egg, beaten

→ Cheese & Seasoning

03 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
02 - Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut into evenly-sized wedges.
03 - Beat the egg in a shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper.
04 - Dip each sweet potato wedge into the beaten egg, ensuring full coverage, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture to coat all sides evenly.
05 - Place coated wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the exterior is golden and crisp and the interior is tender.
