Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wing Seasoning

01 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

→ Main Ingredients

04 - 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats (wing tips removed)

→ Garlic Parmesan Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
08 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
09 - 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
10 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot by preheating it to 425°F. While it's heating up, mix the oregano, cumin, and sea salt in a small bowl - this is going to be your wing seasoning.
02 - Spread those wings out on a baking sheet and sprinkle them generously with your seasoning mixture. Pop them in the oven on the lowest rack and let them start getting crispy for about 15-20 minutes.
03 - While your wings are doing their thing in the oven, let's make that amazing garlic parmesan coating. Mix together the melted butter, olive oil, minced fresh basil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, and seasoning salt in a bowl.
04 - Once the first bake is done, take those wings out and toss them in your garlic parmesan mixture until they're well coated. Back into the oven they go for another 15-20 minutes, or until they're cooked through and crispy. Serve them up hot!

# Notes:

01 - These oven-baked wings come out so crispy, you'll swear they were fried!
02 - Perfect for game day or any time you're craving restaurant-style wings at home.
