06 - 6 cups chicken broth
07 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

10 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
11 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
