01 -
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
02 -
Cut chicken into 3-inch pieces, place in a bowl or zip-top bag, and toss with olive oil and combined seasonings to evenly coat.
03 -
Thread chicken pieces tightly onto skewers, leaving no gaps, and trim excess skewer length if needed to fit into your cooking device.
04 -
Combine butter and minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until partially melted. Stir in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and grated parmesan, whisking until smooth. Reserve 1/3 of the sauce for basting partially cooked chicken.
05 -
Cook 2-3 skewers in an air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip skewers, baste with reserved sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Flip again, baste, and continue cooking for 5-6 more minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
06 -
Apply reserved clean garlic parmesan sauce to fully cooked skewers, sprinkle with additional parmesan, and serve warm.
