01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
02 -
In a large mixing bowl, add cooked rotini pasta, diced or shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined. For creamier texture, stir in up to 1/2 cup reserved pasta cooking water.
03 -
Spoon the prepared pasta and chicken mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
04 -
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the surface.
05 -
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling.
06 -
Remove foil and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, watching carefully, until cheese becomes golden and lightly crisp.
07 -
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
08 -
Top with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve while warm.
