Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bomb (Print Version)

Melted cheese and beef blend inside golden biscuit dough with garlic butter and parsley.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Cheese and Dough

06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Butter and Garlic Topping

09 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, optional

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Divide and shape the mixture into 12 small, uniform patties.
03 - In a separate small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic, stirring together until well blended. Set aside for brushing.
04 - Flatten each portion of biscuit dough into a circle. Place one beef patty in the center of each circle and top with a portion of Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
05 - Fold the biscuit dough up and around the filling, tightly pinching the edges to seal. Position each filled dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush the tops of each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
08 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm for best flavor and texture.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier bottoms, place the dough balls directly onto a preheated baking stone or metal baking tray.
