Chicken skewers stuffed with mozzarella, wrapped in bacon, and seasoned with garlic and herbs.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes
02 - 10 to 12 fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
03 - 5 to 6 slices bacon, halved crosswise

→ Seasonings and Oil

04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Finishing and Garnish

10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

→ Other

11 - Wooden or metal skewers
12 - Toothpicks (optional, for securing)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure an even cooking environment.
02 - Combine chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss well until pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Flatten each chicken cube slightly and place a mozzarella ball at the center. Fold chicken around cheese to enclose, forming a sealed ball shape.
04 - Wrap each prepared chicken bomb with half a slice of bacon. Use a toothpick to secure, if needed, to maintain structure during cooking.
05 - Carefully thread three to four wrapped chicken bombs onto each wooden or metal skewer, spacing them evenly.
06 - Cook skewers on prepared grill or in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is crisp.
07 - Remove from heat and let rest briefly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before use to prevent burning.
