# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Spicy Cajun Alfredo Pasta

09 - 12 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Cook rotini or fusilli pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain and set pasta aside.
02 - Pat sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until aromatic.
05 - Lower heat to medium-low. Add 1 tablespoon butter, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir continuously and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
06 - Add cooked pasta to skillet with sauce. Toss to coat evenly. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
07 - Return steak bites to the skillet with the pasta and sauce. Mix gently to combine and warm through.
08 - Transfer pasta and steak to serving plates. Garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavor and tenderness, let the steak rest at room temperature before cooking. Adjust the Cajun seasoning to desired spice level.
