Butterfly each lobster tail by cutting through the top of the shell to the base and gently lifting the meat to rest on top of the shell.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried pepper flakes, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 6 to 8 minutes until the meat is opaque, fully cooked, and an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit is reached.
