Succulent lobster tails baked with garlic butter, lemon juice, and parsley, finished under a hot broiler.

# Ingredients:

→ Lobster Preparation

01 - 4 lobster tails

→ Garlic Butter Mixture

02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius).
02 - Butterfly each lobster tail by cutting through the top of the shell to the base and gently lifting the meat to rest on top of the shell.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried pepper flakes, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
04 - Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
05 - Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 6 to 8 minutes until the meat is opaque, fully cooked, and an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit is reached.
06 - Spoon any remaining garlic butter over the lobster tails and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Monitor broiling time closely to avoid overcooking, as lobster can become tough if cooked beyond the recommended temperature.
