Cheesy ground beef wrapped in buttery dough with bacon, pickles, and golden garlic finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 1/4 cup dill pickles, diced (optional)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

→ Dough and Topping

10 - 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
11 - 2 tablespoons garlic butter, melted
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Drain excess fat.
03 - Remove skillet from heat. Stir in crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced pickles if using. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Evenly spread the beef mixture over the dough, leaving a border along the edges.
05 - Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from one long edge. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush the top of the roll with melted garlic butter for extra flavor.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
08 - Slice the baked roll into portions and serve warm. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the filling to cool before assembling to prevent the dough from becoming soggy.
