01 -
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with a pinch of salt and black pepper until fully browned. Stir in crumbled bacon and remove from heat to cool slightly.
02 -
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a rectangle approximately 23 x 33 cm, ensuring edges remain clean to facilitate sealing.
03 -
Spread the cooked beef and bacon evenly over the rolled dough, leaving a 1 cm border at the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese across the top. Include any optional fillings if desired.
04 -
Tightly roll up the dough from the long side, placing the seam side down. Slice the roll into 2.5–4 cm rounds and arrange seam side down on a parchment-lined baking tray.
05 -
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic and chopped parsley. Generously brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
06 -
Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
07 -
Allow rolls to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauces of choice.
