Crispy tortillas rolled with garlic butter, bacon, and melty cheese for a satisfying bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Rollups

06 - 6 large flour tortillas
07 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean work surface.
03 - Brush each tortilla evenly with the garlic butter mixture. Distribute the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped chives over each tortilla.
04 - Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral. Arrange the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Brush tops of rollups with any remaining garlic butter. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Allow rollups to cool briefly. Slice into bite-sized rounds and arrange on a serving platter for immediate enjoyment.
