Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

Crispy garlic bread holds a gooey cheese filling for an irresistible toasted sandwich experience.

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Sandwich Assembly

04 - 4 slices sandwich bread
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, thoroughly mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
02 - Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a work surface. Distribute the shredded cheese blend equally over these slices. Top with the remaining bread, buttered side facing up, to form two sandwiches.
04 - Set a large sauté pan over low heat. Transfer the sandwiches to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown and crisp.
05 - Carefully flip the sandwiches with a spatula. Continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove the sandwiches from the pan and serve at once, ensuring the cheese remains gooey and the bread is crisp.

# Notes:

01 - Allow butter to fully soften for easier mixing and even spreading.
02 - Keep heat low to prevent burning the bread before the cheese has melted.
