Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add the tea bags (tie strings together for easy removal) along with the cinnamon stick.

Allow tea and cinnamon stick to steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove tea bags, leaving the cinnamon stick in the pan.

Add granulated sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Incorporate the thawed orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly.

Transfer the beverage to a large pitcher with the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until well chilled. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.

Pour over ice in glasses. Garnish with fresh citrus slices and mint sprigs if desired.
