Fruit Tea Citrus Pineapple (Print Version)

Chilled fruit tea combines citrus, pineapple, and cinnamon for a refreshing, flavorful beverage.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 liters water
02 - 2 family-size black tea bags or 6 standard black tea bags
03 - 1 whole cinnamon stick
04 - 200 grams granulated sugar
05 - 120 milliliters orange juice concentrate, thawed
06 - 120 milliliters lemonade concentrate, thawed
07 - 120 milliliters pineapple juice

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add the tea bags (tie strings together for easy removal) along with the cinnamon stick.
02 - Allow tea and cinnamon stick to steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove tea bags, leaving the cinnamon stick in the pan.
03 - Add granulated sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Incorporate the thawed orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Transfer the beverage to a large pitcher with the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until well chilled. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
05 - Pour over ice in glasses. Garnish with fresh citrus slices and mint sprigs if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, steep the tea for the full 10 minutes and use freshly thawed juice concentrates. Adjust sweetness to preference by varying the amount of sugar.
