Chop the green cabbage, dice the tomatoes, and drain and rinse both the black beans and sweet corn.

In a large bowl or casserole dish, layer the cabbage, seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and tomatoes. Gently toss to combine.

Top the mixture with Fritos corn chips and evenly sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

Drizzle ranch dressing or Southwest-style dressing over the top just before serving. Toss lightly if desired to distribute the dressing.
