Strawberry, cream cheese, and preserves between golden brioche, finished with powdered sugar for a sweet, crisp treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Bread

01 - 8 slices brioche or challah bread
02 - 2 tablespoons butter, for frying

→ Creamy Filling

03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
05 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced thin
06 - 1/4 cup strawberry preserves or jam

→ Egg Coating

07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 3 tablespoons whole milk

→ Final Touch

09 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Steps:

01 - Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until completely smooth and fluffy.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over four slices of bread, leaving a small border. Layer with thinly sliced strawberries and top each with strawberry preserves. Place the remaining bread slices on top and press gently to seal.
03 - In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and whole milk until fully blended.
04 - Carefully dip each assembled sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
05 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place coated sandwiches in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp. Remove to paper towels to absorb excess butter.
06 - Dust sandwiches with powdered sugar, cut diagonally, and serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cream cheese is room temperature for a smooth, lump-free filling.
