Fried S’mores Bombs Dessert (Print Version)

Crispy, golden s’mores bombs with gooey marshmallow and chocolate inside, dusted in crushed graham crackers.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup marshmallow creme
02 - 2 tablespoons chocolate spread
03 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers
04 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, thoroughly mix marshmallow creme with chocolate spread until homogenous.
02 - Using a tablespoon, portion marshmallow-chocolate mixture and shape each into a compact ball.
03 - Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers, ensuring complete coverage. Continue until all mixture is used.
04 - Heat at least 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 375°F.
05 - Carefully add the coated marshmallow balls to the hot oil and fry in batches for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
06 - Remove fried s’mores bombs using a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
07 - Drizzle additional chocolate spread over the top while still warm and serve immediately.
