Using a tablespoon, portion marshmallow-chocolate mixture and shape each into a compact ball.

Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers, ensuring complete coverage. Continue until all mixture is used.

Heat at least 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 375°F.

Carefully add the coated marshmallow balls to the hot oil and fry in batches for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

Remove fried s’mores bombs using a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
