01 - 1 batch prepared pizza dough
02 - 1 cup pizza sauce or ketchup
03 - 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
04 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
05 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
08 - 2 tablespoons water

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine the pizza sauce or ketchup with chili flakes and oregano until fully blended.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
03 - Spread a small amount of the sauce mixture onto each dough square. Top with finely chopped bell peppers and a cube of mozzarella cheese.
04 - Brush water around the edges of each dough square. Bring all corners together and pinch the edges to seal each bite completely.
05 - In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F. Fry the sealed bites in batches until golden brown and crisp, about 2–3 minutes per batch.
06 - Transfer the fried bites to a plate lined with paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving hot.
