Layers of crinkle fries, beef, and cheddar come together in this irresistible baked family favorite.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 32 ounces frozen crinkle-cut French fries
02 - 2 pounds ground beef
03 - 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion

→ Sauce

04 - 10.5 ounces canned condensed cream of mushroom soup
05 - 10.5 ounces canned condensed cheddar cheese soup
06 - 2 tablespoons half and half
07 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

→ Cheese and Seasoning

08 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange frozen crinkle-cut fries in a single layer on a foil-lined baking tray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp, then immediately season with salt and pepper.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with the chopped onion until beef is thoroughly browned and onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Add cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, half and half, and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked beef. Stir to combine and heat for 2 minutes, then remove from the stovetop.
04 - Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread beef mixture evenly across the bottom and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - Arrange baked fries on top of the beef mixture. Evenly cover with the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Bake in the oven at 375°F for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and cheese is fully melted.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier fries, avoid overcrowding the tray during the initial bake and serve immediately after the final bake for best texture.
