In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with the chopped onion until beef is thoroughly browned and onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.

Add cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, half and half, and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked beef. Stir to combine and heat for 2 minutes, then remove from the stovetop.

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread beef mixture evenly across the bottom and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
