Warm roast beef and cheese roll ups in golden tortillas, served with savory au jus for dipping.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 8 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
03 - 2 cups shredded provolone cheese or mozzarella cheese

→ Butter Mixture

04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

→ Au Jus Dipping Sauce

07 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix
08 - 2 cups water

→ Garnish

09 - Chopped parsley, optional

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Arrange thinly sliced roast beef evenly over each tortilla, then layer generously with shredded cheese.
03 - Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down into the prepared baking dish.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.
05 - Brush the tops of the roll ups evenly with the seasoned melted butter. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until tortillas are golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - While roll ups are baking, prepare au jus according to package directions using 2 cups of water. Heat until hot and set aside for serving.
07 - Once baked, slice roll ups in half if desired. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with au jus for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, serve immediately after baking to enjoy the crisp tortilla and melted cheese.
