Thin crust pizza with four cheeses, marinated tomatoes, and fresh basil for authentic Italian flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 batch homemade pizza dough

→ Topping

02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
05 - 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
06 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 4 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
08 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
09 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
10 - 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

# Steps:

01 - Prepare a batch of homemade pizza dough following manufacturer instructions, ensuring the dough has proofed and is ready for topping.
02 - Combine olive oil, minced garlic, and sea salt in a bowl. Add sliced Roma tomatoes and thoroughly toss to coat. Allow tomatoes to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes, but not exceeding 20 minutes.
03 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (204°C) and allow to fully preheat. Place a baking stone in the oven 6 minutes prior to baking.
04 - Brush the surface of each prepared pizza crust with a portion of the tomato marinade. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and fontina cheeses over the crust.
05 - Arrange marinated tomatoes over the cheese layer. Sprinkle with chopped basil, grated parmesan, and crumbled feta cheese.
06 - Carefully remove the baking stone from the oven. Transfer the assembled pizza onto the hot stone. Return to the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crust texture, maintain high oven temperature and briefly preheat the baking stone before adding pizza.
