# Ingredients:

01 - 4 English muffins, split in half
02 - 120 ml pizza sauce

→ Toppings

03 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 75 g cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
06 - 35 g diced bell peppers
07 - 35 g sliced black olives

→ Seasonings

08 - 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the split English muffins on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
03 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over each muffin half and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - Distribute crumbled cooked sausage or bacon, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives over the cheese.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 - While baking, cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet to your preferred doneness.
07 - Place a cooked egg on each muffin half. Season with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste.
08 - Serve warm as a breakfast pizza.
