In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it into small pieces as it browns. Drain any excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs until completely smooth. Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick. Mix until just combined without overmixing.

Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each well about two-thirds full.

Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes or until muffin tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
