# Ingredients:

→ Quesadilla Filling

01 - 2 medium flour tortillas
02 - 8 ounces ground beef
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 cup shredded cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
10 - 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes

→ Burger Sauce

11 - 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
12 - 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
13 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice
14 - 1/2 tablespoon chopped pickles
15 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, chopped pickles, ground black pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Stir until evenly mixed and smooth. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned throughout. Mix in salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Once cooked, remove skillet from heat and drain excess fat if desired.
03 - Layer half of the shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, chopped pickles, and chopped tomatoes on one half of each tortilla. Drizzle with burger sauce. Fold tortillas in half to enclose the filling and gently press edges to seal.
04 - Place folded tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is thoroughly melted.
05 - Remove quesadillas from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm with extra burger sauce and desired toppings.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure tortillas are well sealed to prevent filling from spilling during cooking, and serve immediately for best texture.
