Stir in the organic heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese. Continue whisking until the sauce is smooth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened. If a thinner sauce is desired, add additional stock, 60 ml at a time.

Take the skillet off the heat. Allow to cool, then transfer to a mason jar or tightly sealed container. Refrigerate for up to 3 to 4 days for optimal freshness.
