01 - 240 ml organic heavy cream
02 - 60 g unsalted butter
03 - 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 15 ml Italian seasoning
05 - 5 g sea salt
06 - 32 g organic all-purpose flour
07 - 480 ml organic chicken or vegetable stock, plus extra for adjusting consistency
08 - 100 g grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
02 - Add organic all-purpose flour, sea salt, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Whisk continuously until the mixture is fully combined.
03 - Gradually pour in the organic chicken or vegetable stock while whisking, ensuring a smooth consistency without lumps.
04 - Stir in the organic heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese. Continue whisking until the sauce is smooth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened. If a thinner sauce is desired, add additional stock, 60 ml at a time.
05 - Take the skillet off the heat. Allow to cool, then transfer to a mason jar or tightly sealed container. Refrigerate for up to 3 to 4 days for optimal freshness.

# Notes:

01 - Use this garlic parmesan sauce as a dip, spread, or salad dressing. Adjust stock quantity to achieve your preferred consistency.
