Roast beef, provolone, and onions rolled in tortillas with savory dipping sauce.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 4 slices provolone cheese
03 - 0.5 pound deli sliced roast beef
04 - 0.75 cup French fried onions

→ For Assembly and Cooking

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Dipping Sauce

06 - 10.5 ounces canned beef consommé
07 - 0.75 cup water
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
10 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
11 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F (218°C) to ensure even baking.
02 - Arrange flour tortillas flat on a work surface. Tear provolone slices and distribute evenly over each tortilla.
03 - Evenly layer sliced roast beef over the provolone, followed by French fried onions for added crunch.
04 - Fold in sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a log shape. Brush a light layer of olive oil along the edge to seal, positioning seam side down on a nonstick baking sheet.
05 - Brush remaining olive oil over the top surface of each roll up to encourage crisping.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and lightly crisp.
07 - While roll ups are baking, combine beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Heat over medium until steaming hot.
08 - Slice each roll up in half. Serve immediately with warmed dipping sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Warming the dipping sauce just before serving enhances flavor and keeps roll ups crisp.
