01 -
Set oven temperature to 425°F (218°C) to ensure even baking.
02 -
Arrange flour tortillas flat on a work surface. Tear provolone slices and distribute evenly over each tortilla.
03 -
Evenly layer sliced roast beef over the provolone, followed by French fried onions for added crunch.
04 -
Fold in sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a log shape. Brush a light layer of olive oil along the edge to seal, positioning seam side down on a nonstick baking sheet.
05 -
Brush remaining olive oil over the top surface of each roll up to encourage crisping.
06 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and lightly crisp.
07 -
While roll ups are baking, combine beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Heat over medium until steaming hot.
08 -
Slice each roll up in half. Serve immediately with warmed dipping sauce on the side.
