Apple slices topped with caramel chocolate sauces, coconut crunch, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Fruit

01 - 4 Gala apples, cored and thinly sliced

→ Golden Spice Chocolate Sauce

02 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
03 - 6 soft caramels
04 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
05 - Pinch of salt

→ Chocolate Duo Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
07 - 10 soft caramels
08 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
09 - Pinch of salt

→ Coconut Crunch

10 - 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
11 - 1 teaspoon light brown sugar

→ Toppings

12 - Coconut crunch
13 - Ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Stir 1 1/2 teaspoons salt into 3 cups room-temperature water. Submerge sliced apples for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain, rinse, and pat the slices completely dry before using.
02 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Spread coconut flakes on a baking sheet, toss evenly with light brown sugar, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden and fragrant. Set aside to cool completely.
03 - Combine white chocolate chips, 6 soft caramels, and a pinch of salt in a heatproof bowl. Heat 1/4 cup heavy cream until steaming, then pour over the mixture. Cover for 5 minutes, then stir gently until fully melted and smooth. Microwave briefly if needed to finish melting.
04 - Divide dried apple slices evenly between serving cups. Drizzle each with golden spice chocolate sauce. Sprinkle coconut crunch and dust with ground cinnamon to finish.
05 - Repeat the sauce-making process: Combine milk chocolate chips, 10 soft caramels, 1/4 cup heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Heat cream, pour over ingredients, let sit, then stir until smooth and glossy.
06 - Distribute apple slices into additional serving cups. Generously drizzle chocolate duo sauce over apples and top with coconut crunch.
07 - To serve sauces warm for events, keep them in glass jars placed inside a Crock-Pot water bath set to low. Ensure water does not get into the jars. Arrange apple slices with toppings alongside for guests to assemble.

# Notes:

01 - Using room temperature water with salt helps preserve apple color while prepping in advance. Thoroughly drying the apples prevents sauces from running.
