01 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
02 - 1 store-bought flatbread or naan, 8 to 10 inches
03 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, optional
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
08 - Fresh arugula or basil, for garnish, optional
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brush the surface of the flatbread with olive oil and place it on the lined baking sheet.
03 - Distribute blueberries evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and fresh thyme leaves, if using. Season with salt and black pepper.
04 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the flatbread is crisp and the feta turns lightly golden.
05 - During baking, gently warm honey in a small saucepan or microwave. Stir in red pepper flakes to infuse the honey.
