Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps (Print Version)

Juicy beef and cheese melts inside golden air-fried tortillas for a quick, satisfying meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 4 large flour tortillas (25 cm diameter)
03 - 4 slices American cheese

→ Condiments & Toppings

04 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
06 - 16 sliced pickles
07 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

→ Seasonings

08 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until beef is browned and thoroughly cooked, breaking apart with a spatula. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until soft and pliable.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat. Evenly spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup on each. Add four pickle slices, one slice of American cheese, and approximately 120 grams of cooked beef to each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Brush the tops of each wrap with melted butter.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 193°C. Arrange wraps in the basket seam side down and air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Optional: brush with additional melted butter after cooking.
06 - Allow wraps to cool slightly. Cut in half if desired and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly shredded cheese for enhanced melting and flavour. Ensure tortillas are fully warmed to prevent tearing during wrapping.
