# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 2 tablespoons loose-leaf Earl Grey tea or 2 Earl Grey tea bags
03 - 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
04 - 2 cups premium vanilla ice cream
05 - 2 tablespoons honey, plus more to taste
06 - Juice of 1/2 fresh orange

07 - Fresh orange slices
08 - Lavender buds

# Steps:

01 - Gently heat whole milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, avoiding a boil. Add Earl Grey tea and dried culinary lavender. Cover and steep for 5 minutes, then strain to remove solids. Cool the infused milk completely.
02 - Combine cooled tea-lavender infused milk, premium vanilla ice cream, honey, and fresh orange juice in a blender.
03 - Blend mixture on high speed until a silky, creamy consistency is achieved.
04 - Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh orange slices and a light sprinkle of lavender buds for an elegant finish. Serve immediately.
